innovative DESIGN LLC (iD) is a design firm to enable \u201cinnovative design\u201d for not only products and services but also enterprise and organizational strategies. We define a word \u201cdesign\u201d to cover various synthetic activities within the system's life cycle stages from its concept stage to retirement stage.<\/p>\n

We see all our projects as system design challenge. The problem has to be understood as a mixture of multiple disciplines and domains and a solution maximized the essential value is designed and realized in a systemic manner. When needed we start in front of a blank whiteboard and work our way through architecting, designing, realizing, and operation with our clients. Systems Engineering Consulting<\/h5>\n

The core competency of innovative DESIGN LLC is a capability to apply Systems Engineering to traditional objectives such as space systems and automotive systems development and also intangible objectives such as business and management. Ability to understand the objective with adequately designed multiple viewpoints and ability to perform logical but flexible architectural design is what differentiate us from the others.<\/p>\n

Also a basic design principle of \u201chuman-centered\u201d is a foundation for any of our design challenge and hence we incorporate Design Thinking approaches.<\/p>\n

One Stop Service for Innovation<\/h5>\n

iD has been working on various system design and realization projects such as product\/service design, start-up business design, organizational design, strategy design, employee business design training program and more.<\/p>\n

Design approach is never the same for every project but we are capable of designing unique and effective meta-process for each project utilizing Design Thinking and Systems Engineering approaches and experience. The process is intentionally iterated and also deliverable is developed in controlled layered manner. Our deliverable is not only the idea or concept description but it also contains execution plan for a business or mission operation and hands-on support on implementation and execution.<\/p>\n
